This website, www.thirsti.co.za (the "site"), is operated by Normandien Farms (Pty) Ltd, trading as THIRSTI ("THIRSTI", "we", "us"), ERF 15469, P39 Road, Normandien, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The site is an information and brand website. We do not sell products through it. THIRSTI products are available from the stockists listed on our Stockists & Contact page, and any purchase is subject to that retailer's own terms.

Use of the site

• You may browse the site and view, download or print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use.

• You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or commercially exploit any part of the site without our prior written permission.

• You may not use the site in any way that is unlawful, that damages or interferes with the site or its security, or that attempts to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.

Intellectual property

The THIRSTI name and logo, the "Extraordinary by Nature" and related brand lines, and all content on the site (including text, photography, video, illustrations, product renders and design) are owned by or licensed to Normandien Farms (Pty) Ltd and are protected by South African and international intellectual-property law. Third-party trade marks, including those of our partners and stockists, belong to their respective owners.

Product information

We take care to keep product, nutritional and mineral-analysis information on the site accurate and current. Products, pack sizes, flavours and formulations may change, and availability varies by stockist and region. Always refer to the label on the product you purchase for the authoritative nutritional information, ingredients and allergen statements.

Competitions, promotions and partnerships

Competitions and promotions run by THIRSTI are governed by their own published rules, which take precedence over these terms. Information about our sports partnerships, ambassadors and community programmes is provided for general interest; it does not constitute an endorsement by those parties of any third-party product or service.

Third-party links and social media

The site contains links to third-party websites and social media platforms, including our stockists' sites. These are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of any third-party site.

Privacy

Our use of your personal information, including cookies and analytics, is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, THIRSTI and Normandien Farms (Pty) Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or any content on it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or other applicable law.

Changes to these terms

These interim terms will be replaced by our full website terms once finalised. We may update this page from time to time; changes take effect when published here, with an updated date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

THIRSTI CRICKET TICKETS LUCKY DRAW — Terms and Conditions

1. Organiser

This competition ("the Competition") is organised by THIRSTI Beverages, a division of Normandien Farms Group (Pty) Ltd ("THIRSTI", "the Organiser").

2. Competition Period

The Competition runs from 16 October 2026 to 8 January 2027 ("the Competition Period"). Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be considered.

3. Eligibility

The Competition is open to all South African residents 18 years or older. Employees of THIRSTI, Normandien Farms Group, their advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate families of such employees, are not eligible to enter. Entrants must have a valid, working WhatsApp number to enter and to be contacted if they win.

4. Qualifying Purchase

Entry requires the purchase of any two (2) THIRSTI products in a single transaction, from any retailer in South Africa. Proof of purchase is a clear, legible photograph of the original till slip showing the two THIRSTI products purchased, the retailer’s name, and the date of purchase. Each valid till slip may only be used for one entry — duplicate entries using the same till slip will be disqualified.

5. How to Enter

Keep the original till slip from your qualifying purchase (see clause 4) and take a clear photo of it. Enter via WhatsApp: message "Cricket" to 072 019 5651, or scan the QR code provided on instore promotional material (which pre-fills "Cricket" as a message ready to send to the same number), to go straight into the Competition. Alternatively, send any other message or photo — including a photo of your till slip — to the same number; this will bring up the THIRSTI WhatsApp main menu, from which you can select the Cricket Tickets Lucky Draw to continue your entry. From there, follow the prompts from the THIRSTI WhatsApp chatbot: upload your till slip photo, enter your full name, and enter your email address. There is no free or no-purchase entry route for this Competition.

6. Prizes

Prizes consist of two (2) tickets to a Proteas cricket match. Proteas matches take place at different dates and venues around South Africa during the Competition Period, and the specific match and venue for which a winner's tickets are valid will be determined by THIRSTI, at its sole discretion, once that winner has been selected. THIRSTI will endeavour to allocate each winner tickets to the closest upcoming Proteas match to their location, but this cannot be guaranteed, and THIRSTI accepts no liability if no suitable match is available within a reasonable time or distance. The prize covers the value of the two match tickets only — it does not include any travel, transport, accommodation, or other costs associated with attending the match, which are the winner's own responsibility. Prizes are non-transferable, may not be exchanged for cash, and cannot be substituted, except at the sole discretion of THIRSTI.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the Competition Period. All valid entries will be compiled into a numbered database, from which winners will be selected using a verified, automated third-party random selection tool. THIRSTI will retain a record of the draw process for audit purposes. The draws will take place at 12:00 midday, five (5) business days before the relevant match. Winners will be notified directly via WhatsApp using the number from which they entered the Competition. THIRSTI will make at least two (2) attempts to contact each winner within twenty-four (24) hours of the initial contact attempt and will keep a record of these attempts. If a winner cannot be reached within this twenty-four (24)- hour period, or fails to claim their prize within twenty-four (24) hours of being notified, their prize will be forfeited. THIRSTI reserves the right to select an alternative winner by random re-draw from the remaining valid entries, using the same selection process. Winners may be announced on THIRSTI's social media channels. Before receiving their prize, each winner will be required to provide proof of identity and sign an acknowledgement of receipt of the prize.

8. General Rules

THIRSTI reserves the right to disqualify any entry it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, incomplete, or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, and to amend, suspend, or cancel the Competition at any time, for any reason, without prior notice, subject to applicable law. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

THIRSTI will process entrants' personal information (name, email address, and WhatsApp number) in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA). Entrants' email addresses will be used solely for purposes relating to this Competition — including confirming entry and contacting winners — and will not be added to any general marketing database or used to send unrelated marketing communications, unless the entrant separately opts in to receive these. Winners' names may be used by THIRSTI for reasonable promotional purposes relating to the Competition, without further compensation, unless the winner objects in writing.

10. Limitation of Liability

THIRSTI, its directors, employees, and agents accept no liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this Competition or from the acceptance or use of any prize, save to the extent such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and entrants consent to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
