The tale of our deliciously refreshing water all began on our Normandien farm in the foothills of the majestic Drakensberg mountains, where an extraordinary spring of the purest water flows to the surface, rich in mineral goodness and blessed with a natural pH of 8. It is here where founder Rob Hoatson constructed our first state-of-the-art bottling plant in 2015. A few years later, THIRSTI expanded operations into the majestic Cape Winelands, where a source of equal purity was discovered in the mountain basin of Tulbagh, surrounded on three sides by the Groot Winterhoek, Witzenberg and Obiqua mountains and drained by the Klein Berg river and its tributaries. 

Both these sources provide a taste that only nature can master and, in the care of our extraordinary THIRSTI team, our water is filtered, tested and bottled, ready to be enjoyed by you, our extraordinary customers.
