Terms and Conditions for Normandien Farms t/a THIRSTI Spa Weekend Giveaway

1. Promoter: The promoter of this competition is Normandien Farms t/a THIRSTI.
2. Prize: The prize consists of a spa weekend for two people at Indigo Fields located in Nottingham Road in the KwaZulu Natal Midlands. The weekend is valued at R12,200 and includes:
   1. Two nights’ accommodation for two people sharing at Indigo Fields.
   2. Day 1: Lunch on arrival, one 90-minute spa treatment followed by a 3-course dinner, bed, and breakfast.
   3. Day 2: Sensual Spa (sauna, scrub, jacuzzi) and a second 90-minute treatment, followed by lunch, dinner, bed, and a country breakfast.
   4. The treatments are (not necessarily in this order):
   5. Head, neck and shoulder massage with herbal facial
   6. Full body Swedish massage OR hot stone massage
   7. Transportation to Bomas on the farm for spa treatments. The 90-minute treatment time includes transfers to and from the Bomas.
3. Voucher: The prize is provided in the form of a voucher. The winner must book directly with Indigo Fields and dates are subject to availability.
4. Exclusions: Travel to and from Indigo Fields is not included. All travel expenses are the responsibility of the winner.
5. Eligibility: The competition is open to all South African Comrades Marathon competitors, except employees of Normandien Farms t/a THIRSTI, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the competition.
6. Competition Period: The competition runs from 1 June 2024 to 8 June 2024. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
7. How to Enter: Climb onto the giant THIRSTI inflatable chair at the Comrades Expo being held at the Durban Exhibition Centre. Take a picture with you on the chair holding your Comrades Marathon race number. Post the picture to social media (Facebook or Instagram) and tag THIRSTI Water, Comrades Marathon with hashtag #Comrades2024.
8. Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received. The draw will take place on Monday 10 June.
9. Notification: The winner will be notified via a Direct Message on social media within 1 day of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 24 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.
10. Publicity: The winner agrees to participate in any reasonable publicity required by the promoter. The winner’s name may be published on social media platforms where the winners name will be announced.
11. Data Protection: Personal data provided during the course of this competition will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will not be shared with third parties without the entrant’s prior consent.
12. General:
    1. The promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
    2. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
    3. By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
