When it comes to sparkling water, it really is all about the bubbles. The perfect amount of bubbles.
Lots of people want to know how we go about creating our bubbly and balanced sparkling water.
The process looks a bit like this: our natural spring water is captured from an underground source and naturally filtered. When the water enters the filler, we add carbon dioxide under pressure to create sparkling water! We take pride in using the mineral-rich goodness of our spring water, combining the perfect taste with the perfect fizz for you to enjoy.
Sparkling mineral water
An exciting fact is that the extraordinary minerals present in our natural spring water are in our sparkling water too! With naturally occurring calcium, potassium, and magnesium our sparkling water is full of bubbly goodness. Our sparkling water has no extra additives. You can view the composition of our water here.

Your body needs calcium to build and maintain strong bones. Your heart, muscles and nerves also need calcium to function properly. Some studies suggest that calcium, along with vitamin D, may have benefits beyond bone health: perhaps protecting against cancer, diabetes and high blood pressure.
Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bone, normal muscle function and the electrolyte balance. In addition, magnesium contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, cell division as well as protein synthesis.
Balances fluids in the body. Helps send nerve impulses. Needed for muscle contractions. Influences blood pressure; even modest reductions in sodium consumption can lower blood pressure.
The health benefits of potassium include relief from stroke, blood pressure, heart and kidney disorders, anxiety and stress, as well as enhanced muscle strength, metabolism, water balance, electrolytic functions, and nervous system.
Alkalinity is a measure of the acid-neutralizing capacity of water. It is an aggregate measure of the sum of all titratable bases in the sample. Based on the alkalinity as CaCO3 Thirsti’s water hardness is classified as soft.
Chloride is found in many chemicals and other substances in the body. It is an important part of the salt found in many foods and used in cooking. Chloride is needed to keep the proper balance of body fluids. It is an essential part of the digestive juices.
Has two beneficial effects: preventing tooth decay and contributing to healthy bones.

Frequently asked questions
How is sparkling water made?
Sparkling water is produced by infusing water with carbon dioxide gas under pressure. We do not add carbonic acid to regular water to give it the fizz. Our natural spring water is captured at the source and then carbonated in our state-of-the-art bottling plant located directly at the source.
