The process looks a bit like this: our natural spring water is captured from an underground source and naturally filtered. When the water enters the filler, we add carbon dioxide under pressure to create sparkling water! We take pride in using the mineral-rich goodness of our spring water, combining the perfect taste with the perfect fizz for you to enjoy.

The average pH level of most carbonated waters is 4.5. THIRSTI Sparkling water has a pH of 4.8. Sparkling water is therefore more acidic than still water because the carbonation process causes the naturally high pH level of our water to decrease.
